CLASSROOM TRAINING
A variety of both classroom based and online occupational health and safety training courses are provided.
CLASSROOM BASED COURSES:
Courses are offered to a maximum of 12 delegates and can be run either within client premises or within Genesis training facilities. Throughout the year, we also run a number of open courses. Click here for dates and further information.
The duration of each course is generally 3 hours, unless noted otherwise. Extended and more in-depth training on each subject can be arranged where required.
We also provide online webinar training.

Health and Safety Awareness
This course is designed to provide an awareness to persons of any level about health and safety in the workplace. It includes information on employee duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. The Health and Safety Awareness course will be specific to suit your industry.

Health and Safety for Directors and Managers
This course is perfect for company managers and directors who wish to gain an understanding of employers’ duties under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and how to successfully implement a health and safety policy and management procedures suited to your workplace.

Risk Assessment
The course teaches delegates about the process of risk assessing as well as providing attendees with an understanding of workplace hazards, associated risks, selection of control measures (in compliance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999) and implementation of control measures.

First Aid at Work [FAW] – 3 days
The First Aid at Work course is aimed at high-risk workplaces and will enable delegates to become a qualified first aider.
